No matter whereever or whenever we r, there's always something we can never forget to do.
For me, it's exercising,especially jogging.
When i joined the track-and-field team in the senior high school, my goal is not either racing
in important games or strenghting the body. My only purpose was just escaping the ceremony
in the morning. in that way, i can went to the gym but not had to stand under the sun.
i'm not a born athelete, i did shortcut all the time and in anyway i could think about.
But during the time i prepared for the graduate test, i found that jogging for a while
after my studying at night is a good way to release the preassure.
After the test, i still had the habit of jogging, but no longer for any special reason. i jog just
because it makes me feel comfortable.
i always believe that exercising is helpful for everyone, not just for the healthy body, but the
peaceful mind. next time when u r in a bad mood, try exercising ,u'll know how wonderful it could
be !!
