i would like to tell u guys what i observed here about Americans, their personalities,their habits, 

and thier differences from us!!

but at the biginning , i have to claim two of my statements.

First, i just came here no longer than half a year, and i don't go out to get in touch with people 

here very often.So they r just some of my feelings about them!

Second, what i saw were just people in the east side of America. i'm really not sure if people here 

and in the west side would be the same or not.

ok~today i gonna share my biggest impression on Americans when i went to NY in summer and 

when i just came here for some days,it's their patiences!!

i can see everywhere lined up ,nomatter the restaurants, the post officers, or the cash registers in 

the stores,especially in weekends!  the most interesting thing is that i think they enjoy in it!! 

i've saw two mothers or two men in line chatting with each other so many times.

oh~one of the things made me feel so surprised is that "every" phone call for customer service let 

us wait for so long long time!! so i think their people may not care about that?? who knows?

Anyway, they gave me the impression that they r much more patient than us. but if they could, i 

really hope their phone call service could do better!!
